Sports massage utilises soft tissue techniques specifically designed to promote muscle recovery and repair, therefore reducing soreness, fatigue and injury risk. The technques applied aim to recondition the muscles, improve the removal of metabolite wastes and increase oxygen delivery via bloodflow.

It is recommeded that you seek a sports massage during extended periods of rest or at least a few days before a planned sporting event due to potential soreness after treatment and compulsory recovery time.
